Douglas In Front of Elite Contest by 1 Point

Elite is going to have to buy a portable podium, since his drivers are on the podium so often!  Congratulations to Jim Ferro, Car 37, who won the race, Bill Douglas Car 7, 2nd and Dale Brown Car 21, 3rd, on filling the Elite podium. Other drivers who finished well included: Larry Fuerst, Car 04, 4th; David Shapiro, Car 02, 5th; Dean Cunningham, Car 01, 7th, Keith Conroy Car 35, 8th; Mike Canfield, Car 9, 9th; Lee Trainor, Car 0, 11th and Mel Boldt, Car 8, 12th. Jim Marinangel did race and had the lead, but voluntarily left at lap 14.
